Whohoo, Spain on Friday!!Can't wait!I hope I'll find suitable stuff to eat, though.. Spain is not exactly known for Veggie-ism.. but on the upside, lots of fresh fruit!!!YUM!!And wine..also a fruit ;)

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 January 2013:
1239 kcal Fat: 28.50g | Prot: 57.63g | Carb: 207.66g.   Breakfast: cinnamon, banana, plum, soya milk, chia seed, flax seed, hemp. Lunch: konjac, tofu, smoked, value stir fry, cherry tomato, pineapple, cucumber, garden salad. Dinner: vegetable soup. Snacks/Other: banana, plum, apple, clementines, organic almond butter. more...

Vacation is always great and indeed it is pretty difficult to be vegan in Southern Europe countries. Be ready for a lot of people not understanding why would you not want meat or fish :) You can try looking up vegan/vegetarian friendly restaurants in this page though: http://www.happycow.net/ It's really helpful :)
