it was a busy day and I was going to exercise but a friend called and she needed to talk. Not often can I helpa friend by just listening , because of this I wasn't able to workout with susie. I don't like to miss her training but there was no was I was going to tell my friend that I couldn't talk I will make it up one of the days this week. I had a good breakfast and then had to go to A.A. i took some grapes and nuts and that held me over for a while. I got hungry while I was at the apple store, I thought of all of the things I could eat at the mall but I knew they were poor choices. I decided to get home and had a greek salad with chicken it wasn't the best but better than what I would normally have. So, I am learning to think before eating.
