I am feeling pretty good and very proud of myself. I am trying to continue to focus on my trip as my motivation. I amtrying to eat at least 3 meals a day. I am not eating junk I am eating so I don't get hungry. So I am working on having good food in the fridge and ready yo eat..like tomatoes and grapes. Trying to drink more water. I know I am eating enough fruit now...I need to continue that as well. So this week I am going to focus on eating more veggies. SO far I've lost 14 lbs. I must say that my highest weight was 217lbs So I am using that weight as my starting weight. AND it makes it look like I've lost a lot. Actually, as of January I was 212.lbs. so either way I have lost 9.something lbs. I am hoping I can continue my motivation.
