Walked to the station this morning, jogged up the stairs when I arrived. Walked for an hour round Central London (all the way past Bank station and back again) at lunch, including jogging up and down the stairs leading up to Southwark bridge both ways. Then jogged up the stairs to our floor again.
I feel a tad knackered. :)
