Oh boy......issue with the ice cream my husband brought home. I wish he would not do that. Now tonight he is going to ask who was in it...well....no one has been here but ME!!!! I did ask him over the weekend to just buy this certain kind he likes but I do not! Cost more though. Love but hate ice cream. Especially when I get home form work. At my place of employment I have lunch at 10:15. I am not able to eat again until 2:45-3:00 when I get off. I eat fruit and a cheese stick in the car, but only living a few minutes away, I am just starving when I get in the door, I know I am not thinking clearly when I eat the ice cream because I am so hungry! Now I feel just awful! Plus knowing I have had so many empty calories! I keep saying I will do better. What to do????? My weight is stuck, this is why....right here, this time of day!

Same for me. That time of the day when I just blow it. Usually it's when I first get home from work but haven't fixed supper yet. That's when I go grazing. Sometimes it helps me to go upstairs away from the kitchen. Just have to make myself get on that TM. It's good you are having something in the car. Maybe go for a huge bottle of ice cold water too.

Pink I can't have fruit but try this......4 bananas sliced put the slices in the freezer over night. The next evening take the bananas and run them through the food processor with some peanut butter and a little bit of coca powder. Blend until SMOOTH. They say it is a very healthy version of ice cream. I so know what you mean about cravings. Today I wrote in my journal and then didn't eat lunch. By the time dinner got here I was STARVING! I had way to much for dinner. My son made fried chicken tenders and mac and cheese. I just went to town. Now I know I am not going to get on the scale tomorrow......right?
