I think my day went fairly well. Not a MAJOR slip up anyway! (but the day isn't over yet :) ) I am going to have faith in myself....today is going to go out with a bang!!! I am going to have a cup of tea and ride my stationary bike!!! Today will be successful!!! Tomorrow is my weigh in.....

You'll do great tomorrow morning! Just read an article that said green tea, cinnamon, hot pepper, and coffee are all belly fat busters. Think I'll make it a habit to have a warm cup of green tea every morning. LOL
