Apparently I decided it was a good idea to take 2 days of rest from the whole working out thing. It wasn't really my idea at all but there was no way I was working out in front of the family and every free minute I had seemed to be filled with something. Plus little man is in that whole I want what I'm not supposed to have stage. So? Well I guess this means kicking my office aerobics into full gear this week to play catch up. I'm really beginning to think my co-workers already know I've completely lost it so why not? Plus we have a new person starting in 2 weeks that I have to train so I don't think I'll be able to do anything that week. I don't know though. How would you feel if you just started a new job and the person training you did squats randomly?

I started the year hoping for at least a 5 lb loss each month. So long as I eat better, keeping working my jiggly bits, and don't eat my weight in ham I should be able to make it for the month of January. Only 4 more days to go. I can do it! BTW.. if I did eat my weight in ham I would consume 116,820 calories. Not that I thought about it and looked it up or anything.

Busted.... lol! Sorry but I needed the laugh! Keep at it, I know you can. I miss having an office to hide the crazy things you can pull off.

LOL girl..I love to read what all you have to do in order to get your exercise in..and I bet the one your to train will just think thats what they are supposed to do..I can just see you both doing the squats at any given time...:O)

I wouldn't exercise in front of the family either. Just get back to it at the office and things will be fine. Make the new person do squats with you and just tell them it's part of the job, maybe bring a medicine ball and toss it back and forth. :) You can get that 5 lbs.!!

I don't exercise in front of anyone except Hubby and he is blind, so no worries there! lol Have a great week, and you got that 5 pounds!

I agree you never know who you might motivate to change their life by doing random squats and other exercise at work. You a role model to people who work office jobs!
