This is what a handful of peanuts and a small piece of Swiss roll does ladies and gentlemen. So annoyed with myself but really didn't think something so little when I've been so good for weeks would make a difference. Blergh
163.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 28.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
