Oh my am I struggling. I find that I am going over my calorie limit substantially nearly everyday. Jillian Michaels always says not to focus on drawbacks, her go to analogy is always... "What do you do when you get a flat tire? You fix it! You don't get out of the car and slash the other 3 tires." That is going to be my mantra for next week, I'll do some damage control, simple as that.
This week work was slow, which was fortunate. I have been sleeping pretty well for the most part. Sleep is unbelievably important when it comes to weight loss.
I have studied nutrition and diet for years now. I have all the knowledge I need to lose weight, I know it is 'calories in, calories out.' I really want to work on that, not only that but making the calories quality calories.
I love this journal, I am positive no one reads it but it's ok, it is more for me anyway. Somehow writing all of this out sets my mind straight.
