Alright Finished day 5 of beachbody! It was exhausting as per usual now I'm taking 2 days off even though its supposed to be one, because my husbands home and i can't bring myself to jump around like a crazy person with him watching. so I'm gonna run on the treadmill instead that should cover it. No weight loss yet but the workouts are so intense there's no way they wont work!
