Well, I started out real good today and I even did greatfor lunch and dinner. I went out with a friend for dinner. I was going to have Salmon but decided to have scallops instead. I wanted to taste the scallops because I wanted to taste how good scallops taste. The risotto was not good so I didn't eat very much of it. it was very bland. the spinach was very good, and the cream sauce on the plate was good but again not good enough to eat. I also wanted to try the onion soup. It was good but didn't finish it. So I did pretty good. But then I decided to have dessert, The good news I didn't finish it. The bad news is it was Chocolate cake and vanilla Ice cream. It didn't taste good so I didn't finish it. I love chocolate and nuts so I did finish that part. The other thing is that it is 10:00 and Iam full still. I don't like this feeling at all, So the next time I go out either eat earlier or eat smaller portions. I don't think I did as well as I did last week but Iam still on the right path.
