I had a good day today. I worked out with Susie and I am staying focused. I feel so much better since I've started my program. I slept for about 2 hours this morning. Made a smoothie and and had 2 pieces of toast. I have not been hungry today or even panicked abput eating. I think it's because I am thinking before I leave . I packed some grapes and almonds for my drive to Ann Arbor. When I got home I had a tangerine and V-8. It seems again that what I have forgotten to do all these years is think. As impulsive as my eating has been so has my lack of self control. So, It is almost like if I focus on my weight loss I will stay focus. I am hoping that after I am done with this program I will be able to do this on my own. Right now I am proud of myself for what I've done today.
