Just joined Goal by Birthday group. Need major motivation. Entered my weight.....been the same for such a long time. Too many slip ups. I am glad I have not gained. I have been exercising a lot and have a job that I am contantly moving or walking. Hate this getting old stuff !

I have only binged once since I started this eating lifestyle change and I feel good about that. Even when I did binge it was on all protein foods. I am proud of you for sticking with it and being diligent and also making sure I am doing what I am suppose to. You are a really great support system for me and very strong if you have not gained any weight!
