Did 25 minute timed workout on treadmill last night, speed range between 3 and 3.5 mph and incline range between 0 and 8. At 8 I felt like I was climbing a mountain. The speed and incline changed about every 2 minutes. It was a good intense workout, really digging it and I used to hate a treadmill, guess it was cause I had a crappy little old one, lol. Last 2 weeks have logged 5 days of exercise per week! Food still needs a bit of work, but I'll get there!
