Time to start tracking again! Hopefully seeing this ridiculous breakfast I eat in black and white will help me ditch it!

I find that wheni take a break from recording things creep up...or without seeing it in black and white i can assume i was doing all right. Consistently working out has a nice side effect ...a night of "bad" decisions doesn't have the impact it once had.
