Well from Halloween til today, I slid bigtime! Time for a re-start and get back to eating healthier again.. Kicking myself for not staying strong! I can and WILL do this! Its not hard to do, just hard to get going the right direction in the beginning. Today is a new day..a healthy day, the day to move forward so I can again move downward!
