Another 2 lbs. I am noticing that the edema that I have on my legs is going down. This is very exciting :)
308.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 151.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1890 kcal Fat: 65.55g | Prot: 48.50g | Carb: 277.25g.   Breakfast: Butter (Salted), Italian Bread, Red Grapefruit Sections in Light Syrup. Lunch: Breakfast Lover's Turkey Sausage Roll, Banana Cake, Stewed Tomatoes, Green Beans, potato, Sliced Carrots, Whole Kernel Sweet Corn. Dinner: chocolate ice cream, tangerine, Butter, Apple, Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Italian Bread, Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese. Snacks/Other: Mountain Lightning, Jolly Rancher, Hickory Farms Petit Fours. more...

You are doing so well, it shows that most people use excuses to explain their lack of weight loss, if we want it enough then we will get there. Well done and keep it up
