Another 2 lbs. I am noticing that the edema that I have on my legs is going down. This is very exciting :)
308.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 151.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1890 kcal Fat: 65.55g | Prot: 48.50g | Carb: 277.25g.   Breakfast: Butter (Salted), Italian Bread, Red Grapefruit Sections in Light Syrup. Lunch: Sliced Carrots, Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, Banana Cake, Stewed Tomatoes, Breakfast Lover's Turkey Sausage Roll, Green Beans, potato. Dinner: Italian Bread, Butter, Apple, Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, tangerine, chocolate ice cream. Snacks/Other: Hickory Farms Petit Fours, Mountain Lightning, Jolly Rancher. more...

You are doing so well, it shows that most people use excuses to explain their lack of weight loss, if we want it enough then we will get there. Well done and keep it up
