Another 2 lbs. I am noticing that the edema that I have on my legs is going down. This is very exciting :)
308.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 151.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1890 kcal Fat: 65.55g | Prot: 48.50g | Carb: 277.25g.   Breakfast: Butter (Salted), Italian Bread, Red Grapefruit Sections in Light Syrup. Lunch: Green Beans, potato, Stewed Tomatoes, Breakfast Lover's Turkey Sausage Roll, Sliced Carrots, Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, Banana Cake. Dinner: Butter, Apple, Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Italian Bread, Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese, tangerine, chocolate ice cream. Snacks/Other: Jolly Rancher, Hickory Farms Petit Fours, Mountain Lightning. more...

You are doing so well, it shows that most people use excuses to explain their lack of weight loss, if we want it enough then we will get there. Well done and keep it up
