Another 2 lbs. I am noticing that the edema that I have on my legs is going down. This is very exciting :)
308.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 151.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1890 kcal Fat: 65.55g | Prot: 48.50g | Carb: 277.25g.   Breakfast: Butter (Salted), Italian Bread, Red Grapefruit Sections in Light Syrup. Lunch: Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, Sliced Carrots, Banana Cake, potato, Green Beans, Breakfast Lover's Turkey Sausage Roll, Stewed Tomatoes. Dinner: Italian Bread, chocolate ice cream, Bacon (Cured, Microwaved, Cooked), Apple, Butter, tangerine, Sliced Pepper Jack Cheese. Snacks/Other: Hickory Farms Petit Fours, Jolly Rancher, Mountain Lightning. more...

You are doing so well, it shows that most people use excuses to explain their lack of weight loss, if we want it enough then we will get there. Well done and keep it up
