Today could be my dumbest day of all. I can't weigh until tomorrow as the clinic is closed. I had bacon for breakfast which is perfectly legal, but not so smart. Bacon = Water Retention. I know I can drink a ton of water and that will offset it (I hope). But how stupid can I be. I have found it is easy to not go overboard on a holiday weekend by not being able to attend picnics and such because your vehicle is ill and there are storm warnings all over the state. It's a bit extreme and I'm not sure I recommend it but it is working. I sat at Pizza Hut with my daughter, Shelby (she is the RGM) on Friday and did not have anything. Normally she will make me an Atkins friendly special. Meat, veggies and cheese baked. It's ugly but tastes great. I resisted, although they have a new chocolate dessert that looked good. She assured me it was absolutely horrible (she's a great liar and a great cheerleader).
