Went to the Knight's of Columbus last night dinner and diet is not on the menu at that place. I ate way too much but I feel at times you need that bigger meal. I was pretty good in that I ate too much prime rib but did not have desert and my Father and I had a great time. I still feel a little stressed but this will pass soon enough and I will be employed. I am making myself lift more weights and run on the treadmill and at both I am pitiful. I know just keep going and I will be fine.
184.2 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pitiful? what a way to describe your efforts?! Try thinking of it in terms of doing the best you can for now and knowing you will get better over time as you build stamina.
