Today is day 5...
I just want to say I am seriously impressed with myself that I have 100% stuck to this lifestyle change. It is a big change. But the end results will be worth it as well as the health benefits too. I hope everyone is having a great week and stay positive. ONE DAY AT A TIME!!!
152.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
