Today I learned to look up the calorie count before you eat not after.
Figured 2 little burrito's can't be more than 350 calories at most. I was so wrong the calorie count was 1,090. extra time on the elliptical for me today. paired with a super light dinner. Drinking all this water is a big help but sure makes for a lot of bathroom breaks!
