Had a diet blowout today! During a class lecture I managed to eat 5 doughnuts. So i added in an extra workout today- i worked out over lunch. then directly again after the end of class. I managed to keep the calorie intake verses calorie burn still on track. I did a small cheat and weighed in while at the GYM and i tipped the scales at 147.6 provided that holds til my weigh-in day Sunday I've lost about 4 lbs. 668 calories on the elliptical today
