Today I had a pre workout snack and drink. 20 minutes prior to exercising I fueled my body with a cup of Chobani Greek yogurt with pineapple fruit and a cup a hot Herbalife Peach tea. Now my body has fuel to go and on top of that it tastes good! Have a great day and be blessed!
