My scale is not moving!!! I have a cheap old bathroom scale and it hasn't moved from 220 since Monday. I hope it's broken. I know that I've been taking in less calories so what's up?

Put an object you the know the weight of on the scale to see if it's accurate (maybe a couple of hand weights). Then you will know if it's the scale. It might also be better if you can afford a good digital scale to aid you in your weight loss. The old scale may not be calibrated very good or functioning properly. Every scale is calibrated differently, so you can weigh something different on each one. They should be with in a few pounds of each other though. If it's accurate, then you must practice patience. It didn't hop on you body overnight so fat;s not gonna leave that fast (though we all wish it would). Give it time and stay on plan.
