I Had a great with my food intake. I planned out the whole day of meals which worked out great. I was under my goals even with having blueberry muffins. I was home all day which is why I was able to do so well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 January 2013:
1718 kcal Fat: 32.65g | Prot: 96.23g | Carb: 263.51g.   Breakfast: milk 2%, banana, special k protein cereal. Lunch: tangerine, sandwich thins, grapes, tuna fish. Dinner: baked potatoe, Chicken Breast, prego haert smart spaghetti sauce, whole grain pasta. Snacks/Other: Banana Nut Muffin Mix. more...
