I am vey encouraged today. I have been tracking very well and it paid off. I also have added some laps around our GYM at work. I am at 2 and plan to make it 3 next week. That may seem like a very small step towards exercise, but I have arthis in my knee so that is a moumential task for me.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 79.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
