I have lost a pound this week. I have faithfully tracked my food all week. I am mindful of the calories and sodium intake. I have been compared the percentages of the carbs, fats, and proteins. I would like to do 1850 cals this week. I avergaed 1929caloies last week. I would like to do 2800 in sodium this week. I am really having a hard time with my sodium intake which is not good with high blood pressure.

Here is to next week, I am one lb lighter this week.
