It was a long weekend. I ate what I thought was little food. When you write it down, it is more.
284.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 59.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The spike in weight loss is due to the time of day I weighed as well as the amount of clothes I was wearing. I am sure this 284.5 was not accurate.

You should weigh yourself in the mornings, after you pee, with no clothes on. That's the most accurate reading.
