On Jan 14th I weighed at 9:30 PM fully clothed. Today I weighed as soon as I walked in the door and got my PJs on. So the 280 is my true latest weight.
280.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
