omg....well went into docs today and am mad at myself as i gained back all the wieght i had lost before the holiday so not even gonna log it as will make me depressed...just not gonna weigh in for several months and put myself on a really strict diet...lotsa lettuce, water, and little dressing a few hard bioled eggs from time to time...and 1 meal a day...with Gods help I will prevail..^_^ thanks be to God...^_^
