still cant seem to get myself to drink water...i drink it with coffee and with tea, but i cant ever seem to swallow just water..i need to start slow and really make an effort to incorporate plain water ...ugh ugh >.<

will weigh in after a few weeks i dont like weighing in every day or even once a week as i get really upset that it takes so long to actually show any change it seems...o.0 jus sayin...
