Is it just me; or does it seem like when you diet your sense of smell shifts into overdrive? staying on track so far with the calorie count and water intake. Did get really hungry smelling the fast food joint across the way. But stuck to the Salad <--shocked with how much fat is in dressing!
workout burned 374 calories!
