Too much wine this weekend...how many times do I have to learn that lesson? Or maybe i just want to sacrifice weekend weight loss in order to enjoy the wine. Anyway, it's Monday, I'm back on track, sober as a judge. Off to Yuma, maybe stay overnight, maybe not. I despise the drive, but I'm excited to finally get a meeting with them. So many dropouts there, they are on the Mexican border, lots of issues with the kids there that prevents them from finishing school. Fingers crossed that they will be receptive to what I'm offering.
195.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My fingers are crossed for you. As to the wine I think it would have been alot worse if you would have had a sugar dessert as your weekend splurge.

Good luck. I had too much of something this weekend. It was probably the chicken yesterday...as you said it is a new day and a new week. Good luck in Yuma!
