I already miss then weekend. I roller skated, but that was all the exercise I managed to get in this weekend. And even then, I wasn't terribly dilligent because the rink was packed.
I kind of ate like crap on Friday and Saturday, but I guess I made up for it on Sunday. On Friday, Joe and I had a birthday celebration to go to, so because we were short on time we ordered a pizza. I ate three slices. Granted it was the only food I had all day, so I didn't feel terribly guilty. At the celebration, all I had was one beer and one shot, and I nursed the heck out of the beer.
On Saturday was when I went roller skating, it was really packed, so I skated for maybe an hour at most. Not too hot if you ask me. Then Joe and I went out to eat, because it was too hot to cook. The kitchen gets too hot and I didn't want to deal with it. So I went out and got a french dip, which I ate 2/3 of. I brought it home and had the leftover 1/3 for lunch on Sunday. I did, however, have smoothies for breakfast each day and I made healthy chicken cordon bleu for dinner on Sunday night. It all worked out in the end.
I managed to post a loss, which I'm happy about, I wish it were more, but I assume I was simply retaining a lot of water because of the inpending arrival of TOM. Now that we're halfway through his visit, I think I'll be able to lose a bit more consistently. I have 11 days left before vacation. If I can lose just 2 more lousy pounds, I think I'll be happy. That would be 63 pounds in 8 months.
I am still a little nervous on what's going to happen once I am on vacation. I can't really plan my meals, so I'm going to have to be super dilligent and watch my drink intake, and my food intake. I have to find the healthy choices and exploit them. And if I am able to, find a little time each day to go to the gym that they will hopefully have in the hotel. I'm nervous coming back and being significantly heavier than I was when I went. So I want to make sure that I keep an eye on my intake and really manage to burn calories while I'm there, so that way I come back I can continue on the path that I have set up for myself. Hopefully reaching 120s by September :)
