Used Snack area and Dinner Area to record 2 Additional Meals for 6 total. Followed my plan to the T. Muscle already feeling Pumped... Good Rest Day.. Looking forward to an AWESOME SLEEP 8 hrs and Workout 1 level 2, Arnold! ps My PM #'s 191.0 @ 16%.. Expecting 2 lb fluctuation to 189 (for a net a 1.2 net Gain) and if we hit that with same or less BodyFat then we are doing FANTASTIC!

Diet Calendar Entries for 11 January 2013:

Thanks!! And same to you congrats on ur 1st week of Insanity... Today's workout at the gym was crazy! To say the least , I found this on Youtube and used Freemake to add to my MP3 player I played it almost continuously!!! check it out! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yX39J_YyKbs

I saw that workout. You've got far more stamina than I have, for sure! Unfortunately your link didn't work, so I don't know what you were trying to show me.
