Used Snack area and Dinner Area to record 2 Additional Meals for 6 total. Followed my plan to the T. Muscle already feeling Pumped... Good Rest Day.. Looking forward to an AWESOME SLEEP 8 hrs and Workout 1 level 2, Arnold! ps My PM #'s 191.0 @ 16%.. Expecting 2 lb fluctuation to 189 (for a net a 1.2 net Gain) and if we hit that with same or less BodyFat then we are doing FANTASTIC!

Thanks!! And same to you congrats on ur 1st week of Insanity... Today's workout at the gym was crazy! To say the least , I found this on Youtube and used Freemake to add to my MP3 player I played it almost continuously!!! check it out!

I saw that workout. You've got far more stamina than I have, for sure! Unfortunately your link didn't work, so I don't know what you were trying to show me.
