Interesting 50/25/25 Macro held the BW Weight and the BF went down
From 19.4 (8:58 AM 1/10) to 19.2 with only 6 hrs sleep (woke naturally) and 18% after 40 min 3 Mi walk 6:41 AM. & 2 GreenTea .2% of BW is roughly 1/2 Pound of Pure Fat! Nice...

Well I am ready to Glycogen and Carb Load - the next 3 days is all about Muscle Building = ALOT of GOOD FOOD, ALOT of REST and ALOT of HEAVY WEIGHTS!!!

Let's GO!
187.8 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 12.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
