I've been off the wagon for awhile. Started feeling really fat! Because I am fat now. Got to get back on track. Just got done lifting weights and am going to walk outside today for an hour.
227.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
