Another week. I have stayed the same. I am tired of this wall I am up against. I am exercising everyday. But I will track my food better this week. Want to reach my goal!!!! I also want to be a ww life time member. Then possibly go for another goal. But for now, track my food!!!!!!! Make good choices!!!!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you measuring? I have pretty much stopped losing since I started working out, but I'm losing inches.

I think I may be doing the same Alliecat. I feel changes in my body but not really seeing changes on the scales. But I understand Pink. It does help motivate if we could see it on the scales. Maybe you are getting those muscles toned and losing the fat so it balances out for the time being. It should eventually show on the scales because I know you are burning those cals! Keep going girl! You are an inspiration to me!

Becky I know I'm building muscle because I can see/tell a difference in my body. I noticed the other day my thighs are smoother...less cottage cheese effect :) My arms are getting stronger, my calves are a little more defined and...even under all this fat on my belly I can feel my abs when I flex them! I know eventually the scale will catch up, but it still stinks when it doesn't change. I've decided to just focus on exercise and eating better and I am NOT getting back on the scale until Feb...I'm kind of scared! :) Keep up the hard works, it makes the victories that much better!
