Becky I know I'm building muscle because I can see/tell a difference in my body. I noticed the other day my thighs are smoother...less cottage cheese effect :) My arms are getting stronger, my calves are a little more defined and...even under all this fat on my belly I can feel my abs when I flex them! I know eventually the scale will catch up, but it still stinks when it doesn't change. I've decided to just focus on exercise and eating better and I am NOT getting back on the scale until Feb...I'm kind of scared! :) Keep up the hard works, it makes the victories that much better!
