:( I have had a "hungry" day. Felt hungry all day. Then to top it off...went out to eat with husband to chinese. Now feeling stuffed. Heading to stationary bike in a little while. Hooping also. I hope the scale gods are forgiving. I promised myself to do better. I will. I do not want to be so out of control. Reminds me....after eating out tonight, I thought of a different approach for the chinese resturant. I will start out with their cut up cucumber/tomato salad and bananas (which I love!) then head to the buffet. I won't be as hungry!!!!

Have you looked on line for weight watchers Chinese recipes?? My kids ask for it all the time. They just love the general tos chicken and you can make it as spicy as you like. It is quick and easy. It would really be better than eating out. Don't stress yourself over one day. Sometimes we need that one day. Remember that you can splurge every once in a while and get back on the band wagon tomorrow. I challenge you not to get on the scale tomorrow at all. Give yourself the benefit of the doubt. You get on the scale and gained and you will be more disappointed in yourself and you don't need the added stress. Good luck all though you really won't need it~
