Busted the button on my khakis this am. Scale has me better than Monday but up from yesterday. I will see what tomorrow's way in brings. i am up because I went to the star brewery. Ate more than I should have.

Plus side, I drank only water. It was tempting to drink beer. It was good to see that fuel barrel drop!

You really shouldnt weigh yourself everyday. The body naturally fluctuates and depending on the time of day clothes you have on etc... I weigh myself once a month. You should try weighing yourself less at the most once a week..
