This morning exercise was more of a challenge. I had to remain positive to reach 40 minutes. One fuel barrel at a time. The progress is showing on the scale, I can't wait to see what the results are this week friday when I way in.
Pants are still tight. Not much room for my shirt to be tucked in. If you read this again, remember you are still feeling gross. It's important that you reach you goal of getting into your size 36 pants by the end of February. I am really putting the stress on my size 38 pants and their buttons.
