My pants are tight still. I am happy with my progress so far. I know it's a day but it's one oil barrel at a time. I will weigh in on 01/11/13. Here are my measurements from yesterday.

Chest 43 1/2"
Belly 45"
Waist 44"
Left Thight 31"

I worked out again on the eliptical for 40 minutes this morning. My calorie intake was below 2000 yesterday.
