Tired. Don't know if it is the Vitamn D deficiency or if it is the realization that the holidays are over and I have to work at least 5 days this week. Probably both.

I am going to the doctor today to address the vitamin deficiency and probably get cholesterol meds. I had hoped that my lifestyle/diet change would be enough to get my cholesterol back to acceptable levels; but it is still pretty high and doc is concerned. At the very least, I can now discuss my eating and exercise plan with him and get his input.

I agree to both - I started adding VitD to my dailys too ... and am thinking about melatonin. Need more sun! Maybe we just need a vacation to Aruba :-) sorry about the cholesterol - eating healthy brought one side of mine down and am hoping exercise is bringing the other side down.
