Well today I'm back on track.
I got on my elliptical machine for an hour and then I went shopping and walked around the store for an hour.
I brought fresh vegetables, so that I could lightly cook them instead of eating canned vegetables .They taste a lot better I have to admit. Even though their a little more expensive, but I feel that since I gave up going out to dinner once a week I can afford it.
I cut everything up when I got home. Then cooked up some chicken breasts and eggs for my salads for this week, so I should be good unless my husband gets into my boiled eggs again 😄. He's been eating them like crazy.
Well I guess that about does it for me today. Until tomorrow.
