Thinking that I over did it today.
Need to supplement my meals with a protein shake. I'm eating WAY too man carbs as well. Gotta cut down

Evox Lean Pro Shake has very little carbs and are the best tasting shake I have had so far. You can also try the Maxilean bar (found at Clicks and Pick 'n Pay) Very little carbs and great tasting too. It is quite filling. Where are you based - look at the My Secret Range at Chemists - they have low carb wraps, bread and pitas - you can eat without feeling quilty! Good Luck
