was told that to maintain this weight i should eat 2068 cal a day and to lose weight reduce this by 20 % which leaves me with 1600 cal a day
Of which:
protein 1.2 of your weight :187g - 748 cal
fat 20% : 320 cal - 35g
Carbs : 532 cal - 133g
