I'm going to dance it away! Mattio and I just signed up for round 3 of ballroom dance lessons, and we are both really enjoying them. I maintained my weight loss over Thanksgiving and Christmas, and now it's time to get back onto losing. If I can lose 10 lbs in January, then I will have exceeded my first goal weight by 5 lbs and be 1/2 of the way to my next goal weight. From here on down, I am going to go in 10 lbs increments, and see how I look at each....
176.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
