Stomach feeling better but I think that I'm still not back to normal. Hopefully tomorrow. I'd like to see 137 again tomorrow. Yesterday was day one of taking my oh so gross fermented cod liver oil. I have not changed anything else in my diet and am looking for results. We'll see....I'd like to see some of my brain fog go, and I'd like to see more energy.
138.1 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
