So much for avoiding seeds during my re-induction. I caved and had flaxseed meal this morning. It is not a total cave since Dr. A said flaxseed meal was fine during induction but to me it is a gateway *drug* to nuts, lol. I have difficulty with too many eggs and truthfully when you are used to giving your body that much fiber, it needs it. Not going to beat myself up -- still avoiding those nuts and following all the other induction rules. Haven't stepped on the scale but was feeling a bit slim this morning :)

A "gateway drug to nuts" - you are too funny! I think the flaxseed oil has some of the same properties as nut oils so, health wise, it might not have been a bad idea. I think I'll just pop some fish oil capsules until the 16th. BTW - my SIL does taxes so I have an inkling of what your next few months will be like.

Thanks everyone -- my daughter helped me with the split photo last weekend. I printed an 5x7 of it for my desk and for my dresser. It really helps to see the difference. If I could tell everyone ONE thing it would be to give yourself TIME -- it is a process and it does take time.....but the time will pass anyway so invest it in yourself and your own health.
