Yesterday was well spent with a workout in the morning and dancing in the evening. Evening snacking continues to be a problem. There is candy left over from Christmas and it is irresistible. I think I'll be sending it off with my husband to give to his employees! Food for today is looking good, I'm at work so everything is preplanned and prepacked. Maybe I should consider "packing" my food even on my days off? Seems like a lot of work though. Excited to see how things go this week! Planning to hit the gym this evening after work to get in some cardio.

You know, packing a lunch for at home doesn't really have to be physically packing it, just planning what you are going to eat ahead of time and when you are ready for it, serve it up on a plate and don't go back for more - just like if you were at work. I think it could work, it just involves some planning ahead. I have a really hard time doing that myself, but I don't work from home very often to be so tempted.
